I'm back, hopefully you didn't miss me too much. I successfully completed my "detox week"....Yeah! Now I have started the HCG drops and for the next 2 days, will be Fat Loading, which is very easy for me. Nothing says fat loading like eating ice cream and watching Paula Deen on the Food Network, Ya'll. LOL. I was looking through pictures and found one that really gave me great motivation to be successful in this endeavor. These are my brothers, the one on the left had gastric by-pass and is gaining weight back. He was a diabetic by the surgery got rid of that. The other one is on 3 types of medications for diabetes....and that was 3 years ago. Our Dad died at the age of 56 of heart disease. I am the oldest and will be 53 this summer. And yeah I'm scared. I couldn't even get my arms around my brothers. Oh and my Dad was large also.
